This OK genuine leather case is designed to carry two Japanese chisels ( nomi = traditional wood chisel). The model shown is designed for chisels with 30 mm and 42 mm blade widths , the most common sizes for woodworking and joinery.

Made from vegetable-tanned cowhide leather (called nume-kawa in Japan), it offers high durability, develops a beautiful patina over time, and fits snugly around the blades. The "2-slot" ( 2-chō sashi ) design allows you to carry two scissors simultaneously while keeping them separate.
