Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped from Japan via Japan Post or DHL.
Some items may require a specific shipping method due to their size, weight, or applicable regulations.
Products requiring different shipping methods cannot be shipped together and must be placed as separate orders.

Europe: 7 to 15 business days
These times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination and local customs procedures.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically and displayed during checkout, based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the ordered products.
For international shipments, orders are shipped DDU/DAP (Delivered Duty Unpaid / Delivered At Place). Therefore, customs duties, import taxes, local VAT, customs clearance fees, or other administrative charges that may be required by customs authorities or the carrier in the destination country are not included in the product price or the shipping costs displayed during the order.
These potential charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and may be requested before delivery or upon receipt of the package. Refusal to pay these charges may result in the return or abandonment of the package without entitlement to a refund of the shipping costs incurred.
Order Tracking
A tracking link is sent by email as soon as your order is shipped, allowing you to follow your package's journey.
Right of Withdrawal
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in perfect resalable condition, and returned in its original intact packaging. Personalized items, consumable products, and any item showing signs of use are not eligible for return.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of a preparation error or a proven product defect. Any customs duties, import taxes, or administrative fees related to the return are non-refundable.
