regarding the sale of products offered on the website.

Acceptance of conditions
By placing an order on our website, the customer accepts these general terms and conditions of sale without reservation.

Price
Prices are shown in JPY (Japanese yen) or in the local currency depending on the country of access.
They include standard delivery charges, as well as Japanese VAT where applicable.
However, customs or local taxes may apply upon arrival in some countries, and remain the responsibility of the customer.
Dexsent reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be billed according to the current price list.

Order
The order is validated once payment is confirmed. Dexsent reserves the right to refuse any order in case of a problem.

Payment
Payment is made via the accepted methods: bank cards, PayPal, Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank transfer upon request.

Delivery
Products are shipped via Japan Post, DHL, FedEx or other carriers depending on the destination.
The estimated delivery times are generally:

Europe: 7 to 15 business days
North America: 10 to 20 business days

Standard delivery charges are included in the price shown.
Additional charges related to customs duties or local taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges
The customer has 14 days from receipt to return an unused product in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error or defect on our part.
No returns are accepted for personalized or perishable items.
The return procedure must be validated with our customer service department.

Guarantees
The products are covered by the legal guarantee against defects in conformity and hidden defects.

Responsibility
Dexsent cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of the products sold.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Japanese law.
In the event of a dispute, the competent jurisdiction is that of Dexsent's head office in Japan.
