Subject
These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relations between Dexsent and its customers regarding the sale of products offered on the website.

Acceptance of terms
By placing an order on our site, the customer unreservedly accepts these general terms and conditions of sale.

Price

Prices are displayed in the local currency according to the country from which the site is accessed.

Delivery costs are calculated and indicated separately during order confirmation (checkout).

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, local VAT or other administrative fees may be required by the customs authorities or the carrier in the country of destination. These fees are not included in the price of the products or in the delivery costs and remain entirely the responsibility of the customer.

Payment of these taxes and any additional fees may be requested before delivery or at the time of package receipt, according to the rules in force in the country of destination.

Dexsent cannot be held responsible for additional fees applied by local authorities and reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order confirmation.

Order
The order is validated once payment is confirmed. Dexsent reserves the right to refuse any order in case of a problem.

Payment
Payment can be made via accepted methods: credit cards, PayPal, Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank transfer upon request.

Delivery
Products are shipped via Japan Post, DHL, FedEx or other carriers depending on the destination.
Estimated delivery times are generally:

Europe: 7 to 15 business days
North America: 10 to 20 business days

Standard delivery fees are included in the displayed price.
Additional fees related to customs duties or local taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges
The customer has 14 days from receipt to return an unused product in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in case of an error or defect on our part.
No returns are accepted for personalized or perishable items.
The return procedure must be validated with our customer service.

Warranties
Products benefit from the legal warranty against non-conformity and hidden defects.

Liability
Dexsent cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of sold products.

Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are subject to Japanese law.
In case of a dispute, the competent jurisdiction is that of Dexsent's headquarters in Japan.
