The Tajima Sumitsubo EVOX is a professional Japanese chalk line reel designed for artisans, carpenters, and joiners looking for a compact, reliable, and extremely durable tool. It uses the new reinforced Tsuyoito line, developed with a braided monofilament nylon core to offer exceptional resistance to breakage and wear, with a durability announced to be up to 36 times greater than older Tajima models.
The EVOX range also incorporates several improvements designed for on-site work: an angled casing for better visibility and tip retention, a tool-free full opening to simplify maintenance and line replacement, anti-leak seals to limit ink drying, as well as an automatic "Point Karuko" system that retracts the needle during rewinding. Available in S and M sizes depending on mobility and autonomy needs.
