This 54mm concave Japanese plane, the Uchimarukanna, made by Hon-Nagakuni, is specially designed for precisely shaping curved and concave surfaces. Its Blue Steel #1 (Aogami 1) blade offers a durable edge and excellent cutting quality, while its Japanese white oak body ensures stability and control.

Available in several curve radii (120 to 390 mm), it allows for precise adaptation of the tool to each project. Like all traditional Japanese planes, it requires sharpening and adjustment before use. Each piece is handmade and exhibits slight artisanal variations.
