This Mizuasagi Awaseto Japanese natural stone from Kyoto is intended for finish sharpening work on knives, chisels, Japanese planes, and other precision tools. Its fine texture allows for a very sharp edge and a natural finish particularly appreciated by artisans.
Selected and tested by Tsunetsaburo, it quickly produces a fine sharpening mud that improves the quality of polishing and the edge. As each stone is natural, slight variations in appearance or structure may be present, making each piece unique.
