The Kukri 78S '25 is a unique lure combining the characteristics of a lipless minnow , a sinking pencil , and a vibration bait , creating an extremely versatile hybrid lure. Its primary action is a natural wobble and roll , capable of effectively imitating a struggling baitfish.

The Kukri uses a two-eye system, allowing you to modify the lure's action to suit fishing conditions. With the front ring , the lure produces a wobble and roll action with a more pronounced rolling motion, imitating a weakened fish. With the top ring , the action becomes tighter, with a wobble combined with an S-shaped swimming motion , producing a stronger vibration and imitating an active fish.

Unlike classic minnows that use a lip to move water, the Kukri captures the current primarily with the top surface of the lure , generating a different vibration signature and particularly effective on wary fish.

The Kukri 78S works perfectly in linear retrieve , but it reveals its full potential when animated with jerks, stop & go or reel animations , allowing to trigger strikes in many situations.

The 2025 version improves the design with a new, lighter yet stiffer material , allowing the lure to react more precisely to current variations and rod action. The design has also been refined with a scale pattern and a smoother surface , eliminating manufacturing marks from 3D printing.
