Forged by a blacksmith specializing in traditional Japanese planes, this 21mm Unryu kiridashi is an exceptional piece crafted from Aogami No. 1 steel reduced with charcoal during the Showa era.
The blade is forged and welded onto a refined iron body, then hand-hammered, revealing a beautiful natural wood grain pattern. Designed for precise marking, fine carving, woodworking, and delicate adjustments, this traditional knife offers an exceptionally sharp, durable, and responsive cut.
