This Kumiko Japanese saw is designed for woodworking, Kumiko joinery, fine carpentry, cabinetmaking, and all high-precision work. Made in Japan, its ultra-thin 0.2 mm blade, crafted from premium HS77-hardened steel, creates a kerf of approximately 0.3 mm, ensuring clean, consistent, and splinter-free cuts. Originally developed for the traditional art of Kumiko, it is also suitable for making furniture, musical instruments, and fishing rods. For optimal precision, it is recommended to let the saw's weight do the work by using the full length of the blade.
