Some items available on DEXSENT are rare, exclusive, or produced in limited quantities for the Japanese market.
To guarantee their authenticity, the products are selected and sourced directly in Japan after your order has been validated.
For this reason, the processing and shipping time may exceed 10 days, depending on product availability and its location in Japan.
This approach allows us to offer items that are little or not available outside of Japan.

International delivery
Orders are shipped directly from Japan to your country.
We work with reliable international carriers such as DHL or Japan Post, depending on the destination and type of product.
A tracking number is provided as soon as the shipment is dispatched.

Taxes & customs fees
Depending on the destination country, taxes or customs fees may apply to the delivery.
These fees are set by local authorities and are not included in the product price.
