Its #6000 grit allows for a very sharp, precise, and even edge, ideal for the final sharpening stages before a mirror finish if necessary.

Its 1mm sintered diamond surface guarantees excellent wear resistance, uniform abrasion, and consistent performance on high-carbon Japanese steels as well as modern alloys. Usable simply with water, without soaking, it comes with a dressing stone to maintain a perfectly flat surface.
