The Naniwa EBI #1000 diamond stone is a professional sharpening stone designed for the routine maintenance and refinement of the edges of knives, chisels, Japanese planes, and other cutting tools. Its #1000 grit allows for a clean and even edge after coarse sharpening, while effectively preparing the blade for finishing stones.

Its 1 mm sintered diamond surface ensures excellent durability, homogeneous abrasion, and consistent performance, even on the hardest Japanese steels. Usable simply with water, without soaking, it comes with a dressing stone to preserve a perfectly flat surface.
