The Arnest Shokunin Kobo 3-piece Japanese knife set brings together three complementary traditional knives for everyday food preparation: a 170 mm Santoku, a 160 mm Deba, and a 210 mm sashimi knife. Made in Japan, they allow you to work with different ingredients, from cutting vegetables and meat to preparing fish.

Each knife features a stainless steel blade specially designed for cutlery and a natural Japanese magnolia wood handle, with a nylon 66 ferrule. This combination offers a traditional Japanese aesthetic and easier maintenance than that of carbon steel knives.
