The Shihou-Sori Kanna Hon-Nagakuni is a four-sided curved Japanese plane designed for precisely shaping concave, convex, and complex surfaces. Equipped with a Blue Steel #1 blade and a Japanese white oak body, it offers excellent cutting quality, precise control, and great durability.
Available in several widths, it is suitable for both detailed work and shaping larger curves. Like traditional Japanese planes, it comes not ready for use and requires sharpening the blade and adjusting the sole before the first use. Each piece is handcrafted in Japan.
