These black Japanese flower scissors are designed for cutting fresh flowers and for floral art. This is the most common and easiest-to-use size, popular with both amateurs and professionals. Forged from Aogami #2 (Blue Paper Steel), a Japanese carbon steel renowned for its exceptional sharpness and long-lasting edge retention, they allow for a clean cut without crushing the stems, thus promoting better water absorption and longer preservation of the flowers. Their traditional black finish gives them a sober and elegant look while partially protecting the steel. Available in 165 mm or 180 mm, with an optional custom engraving, these scissors combine traditional Japanese craftsmanship, precision, and longevity.
